Back in 2000, the term 'eco friendly' was relatively new and social responsibility still a novelty among Indian builders. Then an unassuming realty company in Mumbai showed how it was crucial to care not just for the occupants of their buildings, but also the environment. And even to this day, some of the green initiatives launched by the Company, are still being widely practiced.
